If LeadFlow Pro does not meet your business prospecting and local export requirements, you are entitled to a 100% full refund within 14 days from your original purchase date.

2. Cancellation Policy for Digital Products

Because LeadFlow Pro is a digitally delivered software product, license keys are generated and dispatched immediately upon payment confirmation.

  • Immediate Cancellation: You may cancel your order at any time within 14 calendar days of your payment by contacting our support desk.
  • No Cancellation Penalties: There are no cancellation fees, administrative deductions, or restocking charges. You will receive the entire purchase amount back (₹3,999 INR / $49 USD).
  • Subscription Cancellation: Since LeadFlow Pro is sold under a Lifetime License model (one-time payment), there are zero recurring monthly or yearly subscription fees to cancel.

3. Mode of Refund & Processing Timelines

Direct Credit to Original Payment Method:All refunds are automatically credited back to the customer's original source of payment processed via Cashfree Payments (or Stripe for international cards).
  • UPI Payments (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM): 2 to 4 business days directly to your linked bank account.
  • Debit / Credit Cards: 5 to 7 working days depending on your issuing bank's settlement cycle.
  • NetBanking / Wallets: 3 to 5 business days.

4. Step-by-Step: How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple and requires no complicated paperwork:

  1. Send an email to our official support team at support@throw.digital from the email address used during purchase.
  2. Include your Order Reference (e.g., ORD-XXXX-XXXX) or transaction ID from Cashfree.
  3. Our support team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and initiate the Cashfree refund reversal immediately.

5. License Revocation Upon Refund

Upon issuance of a refund, the associated cryptographic lifetime license key and device bindings will be automatically deactivated in our licensing database. Users will no longer have access to the premium features of the extension.
