1. Our Core Privacy Promise: Local-First Lead Isolation
LeadFlow Pro is engineered with a strict local-first privacy architecture. We believe your business prospects, client contact lists, phone numbers, and exported spreadsheets are your proprietary intellectual property.
We do NOT collect, upload, transmit, store, or sell any business leads, company names, contact phone numbers, websites, or search queries you discover using the Chrome Extension.
2. Data We Strictly Keep Off Our Cloud
- No database tables for leads, contact lists, or scraped companies exist in our cloud servers.
- No raw web pages, search queries, or DOM extracts are transmitted across the internet.
- All Excel (.xlsx) and CSV exports are compiled directly in your browser memory on-device and saved directly to your local computer's Downloads folder.
3. What Information We Do Process (Licensing & Payments)
To deliver your lifetime license key, process transactions, and prevent software piracy, our servers process only minimal administrative metadata:
- Customer Account: Your email address, customer name, and optional phone number entered during checkout.
- Cryptographic License Hash: We store a one-way SHA-256 hash of your license key to verify validity.
- Device UUID Hash: A pseudonymous, random installation token generated locally on your browser to enforce our 1-active-device policy. We do not gather hardware fingerprints, MAC addresses, or canvas telemetry.
- Payment Records: Transaction references, currency (INR / USD), and payment status processed securely through certified payment gateways (Cashfree Payments and Stripe). We NEVER touch, see, or store your credit/debit card numbers or bank account credentials.
4. Google Search & Maps Policy Notice
LeadFlow Pro operates transparently within your active browser session on Google Maps and Google Search. The extension respects browser sandboxing and does not bypass CAPTCHAs, bot detections, or access controls.
